Who benefits?
Babies and
children
Kids are active, continuously moving, growing, and testing their body’s boundaries. It is important to make sure their busy bodies are growing in the correct alignment and that their nervous system is functioning optimally.
Pregnant mothers
Pregnancy causes a wide variety of changes in your body. As your pregnancy progresses you may start to feel aches and pains in your lower back, pelvis, neck and shoulders. Chiropractic treatment will help relieve the discomforts during pregnancy and help maintain good alignment to assist in better space for your baby and an easier delivery.
Athletes
With intense training programmes and limited rest, it is important to keep your body at its optimal performance in order to achieve your goals.
